Your thoughts have an enormous influence on your life. The quality of your life depends on the quality of your thoughts, so think well! You tend to become what you think.
An optimistic, positive mental attitude is essential for good living.

What you think about determines what you end up with. Positive, faith inspired thoughts bring good things. Negative, fearful thoughts tend to bring nothing but garbage.
Worry, fear and negativity don’t help. They drain your energy and drag you down.

Rule your thoughts or they’ll rule you
- What do you think about?
- On balance, are your thoughts negative or positive?
- What changes do you need to make?
- How are you going to make sure you do change the way you think?
Try monitoring your thoughts for a week
At the end of the week
- Set time aside to do a review
- Decide what steps you need to take to change your thinking
- Monitor yourself daily
- Review again in a week’s time
- Make any necessary adjustments to your plan
- Repeat the steps
