There is no way that you can run any business without Good Customer Service.
There was a time when I thought that the way to make it to be a millionaire was to come up with a great idea. Over time, that has changed dramatically. I now believe that it all has to do with customer service.
The current business environment does not allow any company to own a monopoly on a product for too long. Even the WII now has a few competitors ready to take it on.
Since it is becoming more difficult to separate one company from another only through products and services, then something else is more important. My view is customer service and customer support.
Ever called customer support and never found an answer? Its like calling richard willich and never finding anyone.
