Have you ever tried to write an article and came up with nothing? You know it has to be done, the deadline is drawing near but no matters how hard you try do just do not seem to come up with anything.

I now know what book authors talk about when they claim to have hit a block. Now this makes me wonder is there a type of food that I have to eat to keep the juices flowing all the time. Or it is the company you keep like they say ‘birds of a feather flock together’.

Anywho let me ask around and hopefully I will find a solution soon before I block myself out of business.

Seriously, what is so wrong with being bald? What is so evil that one has to change everything about themselves in order to grow hair. Does losing your hair mean that you have lost your libido?

If I sound pissed, its because its my blog and I can say anything I wish to say and so far nothing annoys me more than these adverts.

It is obvious that the world is changing very fast. The question is are we ready for the changes?

Over the past week, it has been very hard to avoid the news coming from Africa. It seems people in these countries have decided to make serious changes in their countries whether their governments like it or not. It started in Tunisia, then moved to Egypt. The interesting thing about all this is that as usual our networks had more important things to talk about.

Charlie Sheen’s drug addiction was of major concern to our networks. So was the topic of acne products in one major network that was covered for about 3 hours. In the meantime, the world as we know it was changing.

I always wonder whether we are as wise as we think in this country.

I am a bit paranoid about safety. This is especially so because of my near miss twice once from a car accident and another from slipping in my bathroom.

That is the reason I just can never understand why anyone would go to work without safety clothing. I once saw a nurse without gloves on and I nearly went ballistic on her. Especially since she wanted to shake my hands. I didn’t want to imagine where her hands had been and I considered it a personal affront to my good senses.

That is the reason I give my utmost congratulations to those who work in difficult situations but remember to stay safe.

It never seems to amaze me at how time changes but seems to stay the same. Every year we have another new year and someone always proclaims that its the beginning of a new dawn or such high sounding metaphors. However, this year seems to be a totally new year in terms of change.

It seems that things are changing faster than expected. Anyone in the North East knows this snow isn’t normal. Maybe its time we all laid bear on the exam table all the things that are affecting our lives and see if we don’t have time to change them. In this I include this climate change debate.

This time I am really mad about it. Actually a better description of what I am feeling is disappointed. When this happens, I lose days of work and at the same time have to spend money. I just feel like I an equestrian break.

Spending a few days off antivirus software and other computer jargon should do me very well.

A few years back, I was introduced to flippa as a place to find aged domains for my web business. I also found that it was a good place to sell my own websites that I did not need.

In the beginning it was full of boring websites that served no purpose. All that was on offer were get rich quick type of sites sold to knowledgeable people. You could even buy domains that had buy phentermine names. Hoodia and such were great domains to have at the time.

But it seems flippa has come of age. Apparently, facemash.com has been sold there for a whopping $30,000. Now who could have thunk that?

It must be a movie buff because I would rather buy a house.

I know that I’m not supposed to write about American Idol, but I just couldn’t resist one more jab at it. I have always wondered if someone could do a “where are the idols” documentary. I am sure it would be more interesting than the show itself.

After all who can resist knowing what happened to Fantasia’s alleged case of husband hunting. You just would not get enough of such news and it could increase the sales of tv stands worldwide.

Think about it. We have seen so many of these kids showing up on this show and it seems only a handful have made it anywhere. Chris Daughtry and Adam Lambert seem to have a fan base that is ready to chew on each other. It seems they track each and every download by these two to gauge who is better.

So what about the rest of them?

I used to hate cockroaches. In fact I still hate them. I just can’t come to terms with what my grandmother had to say about them.

According to her, cockroaches only live where there is food. So if you see them around your home, it means you are well off. I beg to disagree with that. I may be doing better in life, but I really don’t want to see them.

This must be the case of LadyAndtebellum

Lady Antebellum’s “Need You Now” is one of country’s biggest success stories this year–it’s a certifiable crossover hit and has won several major awards, most recently Single of the Year at the 2010 Country Music Association awards last week.

Then came the cockroaches. Someone says they ripped the song of the Alan Parsons Project. Some people are saying so–specifically, people related to the ’80s hitmaker in question, Alan Parsons of the Alan Parsons Project.

I always find it interesting that after every success, someone always claims to have been ripped off. Not even the owners of Facebook have escaped this.

I got a very interesting rant on my other blog on the importance of SEO in making money. Apparently I had annoyed someone when I insisted that most IT guys should never be allowed near websites.

My idea is very simple. You should only hire people who are good at one thing and forget Jacks of all traders. For example, if I need to show off at the Oscars, I think that a stretch limo would be a better option than a Honda Rancher 350. I may be wrong in a lot of things but I doubt it on this issue.

So, my idea was to reply to the comment but I thought the better of it. First, I would look like I was very bitter. But most important I felt that if my competitors were so wrong, why should I do anything to change that. Let sleeping dogs lie and make money off their unwillingness to learn. In this particular case, what you don’t know can really hurt you.
