For those who hate Christmas, join the club. My disappointment with the holiday season has nothing to do with religion. It has all to do with shopping. I hate shopping. Luckily for me, someone, once upon a time, decided that I had to go everyone I know holiday presents.
To make things worse, someone decided that all retailers and businesses I know, decided that they will sell everything at reduced prices on one day: Black Friday. For no particular reason at all merchants I care about decided to have one shopping day.
That is fine by me, until I started standing in line from midnight in order to get the cheapest deals on anything. It is no longer a great day to go looking for shopping deals. It has become a nightmare, trying to fight with everyone else in line to get the cheapest ace hardware deals.
It seems that black Friday 2008 is on November 28th. I am ready for it this time. No, I will not be lining up at the mall. I will be using iblackfriday.com to find out the best deals before anyone else. They even offer email alerts to let you know when black Friday deals are posted.
